Common questions

How does the Seniority Bid work exactly?

Drivers are ranked by seniority. Starting with the most senior driver, each driver selects their top available route from their bid list. Once every driver has had a turn, the process starts over from the most senior driver again. This continues until all routes have been assigned or every drivers bid list has been exhausted.

What if a driver doesn't bid on a route?

Drivers will only ever be assigned routes they personally bid on. If a route has no bids from any driver, it shows up as unassigned in the results report so you can handle it manually.

Can we save our driver roster between months?

Yes — on Standard and District+ plans, your driver roster is saved permanently. Each month you just update the available route list and collect preferences. Seniority numbers are stored and maintained automatically.

How do drivers submit their preferences?

Currently, the transportation coordinator enters preferences on behalf of drivers — either from paper forms, email submissions, or however your department currently collects them. A future update will include a driver-facing portal for direct submission.

Can we export the results?

Yes. Every session can be exported as a CSV (great for payroll or scheduling software) or as a formatted PDF report. The print-ready report shows each driver's assigned routes and flags any unassigned routes.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you create your account and choose a plan, you'll have immediate access to the full system. Set up your driver roster, add your routes, and you can run your first bid session the same day.
